1. When should I use morning/evening?
   This product is designed for daily care and can be used during both morning and night. However, the ampoules may temporarily tint the skin when used, but this will disappear naturally after cleansing. We recommend evening use for a more relaxing experience.
   
2. Why did the ampoule's color change?
   This product has a deep natural purple color due to the highest concentration of the skin-soothing ingredient ‘Azulene’. Due to the nature of the ingredients, the color may change with light and temperature, but please rest assured that this is a natural phenomenon and does not affect the efficacy or quality of the product.
   
3. Is it okay to use for teenage kids?
   Yes, they can use it. However, due to individual differences, we recommend testing on a localized area before use.
   
4. Is it only for acne-prone and problematic skin?
   Even if you don't currently suffer from breakouts, we recommend using it if you want to calm sensitive skin.
