REPLACEMENT POLICY
At this time, returns are only accepted with prior authorization. Please contact us at glowm.global@thegrowth.co.kr before sending back any products. Unauthorized returns will not be processed. Due to our international fulfillment system, some return requests may be resolved through replacement rather than physical return.

REFUND POLICY
If your order arrives with any damage or defect, we're happy to offer a refund or replacement within 30 days of your purchase.

- We are unable to process refund or replacement requests for products purchased through third-party retailers.
- If your package is marked as delivered by our logistics provider but is lost or stolen afterward, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund.
- We do not take responsibility for personal damage to items. This includes damages caused by dropping, misuse, theft, spills, or other external causes.
