STANDARD DELIVERY COSTS
Standard shipping within the continental US is free on all orders $30 and over, excluding tax, and after discounts are applied. Standard fulfillment & shipping takes 5-7 business days after the order is placed.
Standard shipping is a flat rate of $6.99 for all orders up until $29.99.

BASIC TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SHIPPING
- Orders placed before 10:00 AM PDT Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) usually ship within 5-7 business days during non-sale periods. Please note that during times of exceptional volume during major sale periods your shipping time may be extended by several days. Rest assured we are trying to get your purchases to you as fast as possible.
- Order cancellation is only available if the order is unfulfilled.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
1. WHERE DOES GLOW.M SHIP TO?
glow.m currently ships products exclusively within the United States. Orders placed through our website are eligible for delivery only to addresses located in the U.S. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Any orders submitted with a non-U.S. shipping address will be automatically canceled
2. WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DOES GLOW.M INTERNATIONAL PROVIDE?
Our standard shipping method for domestic(USA) order is USPS. Our standard shipping method for international orders is DHL. All shipments include USPS, DHL tracking numbers, and customers will automatically receive their tracking numbers via email once the postage has been created.
3. HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING? (USA)
Shipping fees will be added at checkout. The final shipping cost will be calculated and displayed before completing your purchase, based on your shipping address and order details.
4. WILL MY ORDER BE SUBJECT TO CUSTOMS, FEES OR DUTY TAX?
Please note that all orders are shipped from our logistics center in South Korea. Once your order arrives in the destination country, import taxes, customs duties, and handling fees—if applicable—will be determined by the local customs office. Any charges assessed will be invoiced to the recipient by the local delivery provider. By placing an order and providing the necessary information, you agree to comply with the import regulations of your country. Please note that import policies and fees may vary depending on the country of delivery. glow.m is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by the local authorities. These charges, if incurred, cannot be refunded, even in the case of returned items.
5. I'D LIKE TO CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS, CAN I DO THAT?
If you have already completed your payment and need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Be sure to include your order number and new shipping address so we can assist you promptly. Please note that once your order has been packed, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping address or order details. We kindly ask that you double-check your shipping information during checkout to avoid any issues. Submitting an address change request via email does not guarantee that the change will be made. The request will only be considered complete once you receive a confirmation email from our support team. Providing accurate shipping information is essential. glow.m is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details submitted at checkout.
6. WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
International orders are processed and on business days (Monday-Friday, KST) and shipped out excluding federal holidays per countries/regions. Free Standard Shipping can take approximately from two weeks to a month to be delivered. Please feel free to email us at us@thegrowth.co.kr if you have a trouble in tracking the parcel even after 7 business days have passed.
7. MY TRACKING NUMBER HAS NO SHIPPING UPDATES, WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?
It’s completely normal for your tracking information to go a few days without an update. Once your package reaches your local post office, tracking may not update again until it is out for delivery. In some cases, shipping labels may become scratched or damaged during transit and fail to scan properly, but rest assured—your order is still on its way! If it has been more than 10 business days since your order was shipped and you have not received any updates, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at us@thegrowth.co.kr. For quicker assistance, please include your order number when contacting our customer service team.
10. I DID NOT GET A TRACKING NUMBER, HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You’ll receive an automated email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped from our warehouse. If you haven’t received this email, please contact us at us@thegrowth.co.kr with your order number, and we’ll be happy to check the status for you.
