Products purchased from official Korean sales channels and then shipped overseas through freight forwarding or parcel forwarding services. Purchases made through overseas sales channels that are not officially operated or approved by glow.m. Products distributed through these channels are not directly managed by glow.m in terms of sales, storage, or shipping.
In these cases, we may not be able to verify the product’s condition, storage environment, included components, or whether any damage occurred during international transportation. For products purchased or received through the channels listed above, services such as warranty support, after-sales service, exchanges, returns, compensation for missing components, and international shipping support may be limited regardless of product authenticity.
